Our Mission
The Witkop Foundation is a 501c3 charitable organization honoring the sacrifices made by veteran, military, and first responder families; and supports veterans, active duty members of the Armed Forces, reservists and members of the National Guard to assist with the transition to civilian life.
- We provide opportunities to participate in a family oriented outdoor experience, expeditions, or safari adventures.
- We promote and provide hunter education; teaching the craft of the harvest and the meaning of the circle of life.
- We support managed utilization of natural resources and sustainable hunting, promoting the North American model of conservation.
Our Vision
Veteran, military, and first responder families have made personal and selfless sacrifices to answer their country's call to duty. Our vision is to provide volunteer and charitable resources to provide those who stand in harm's way, literally a band of brothers and sisters, an opportunity to participate in a professionally guided outdoor experience, often a dream come true adventure of a lifetime -- our way of saying “Thank You” for your service. The Witkop Foundation is established to honor those sacrifices and to show our appreciation; as well as support outdoor education and promote efforts to conserve natural resources around the globe.
